Originally created to serve the remote workforce with residential work-from-home pods, YOURspace has since grown into a trusted provider of flexible modular solutions for a wide range of applications and environments.

Debbie is president/CEO and owner of Highmark TechSystems, a Ft. Wayne, IN-based manufacturer of modular exhibit structures and architecture for indoor and outdoor events throughout North America. 

Highmark provides exhibit and event products for a wide variety of brands such as Amazon, AT&T, Nintendo, BMW, Volvo, Hyundai, Sleep Number, GoPro, and more. 

Debbie has held senior business development positions in the events, technology, loyalty marketing, publishing, and management consulting industries at Group Delphi, Rogers Communications, Stockback, Toffler Associates, and Harvard Business School Publishing.

Debbie earned a B.A. in English from Bates College, an M.B.A. from Babson’s Olin School of Management, and a certification from the University of Denver’s Publishing Institute.

She has served on boards for Canterbury School, Ft. Wayne Trails, and ICON International and on committees within the events industry. She lives in Ft. Wayne, IN, with her husband and two sons.

Brian Baker

YOURspace Chief Creative Officer

Brian has been working for over 25 years as a designer, strategist, and innovator in various executive leadership roles in design, product development, marketing, strategy, and business development.

He has worked with some of the world’s largest brands, including Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, FedEx, State Farm, Hyundai, Michelin, and Intel, along with many small boutique brands and agencies.

Brian is a multi-disciplinary leader who brings a vast array of skills, experience, and innovation to YourSpace. He has a BA in Industrial Design from Purdue University and studied at the world-renowned Center for Creative Studies in Detroit, MI.

Brian is an award-winning designer with a specialty in modular, rapid-deployment architectural systems. He resides in Metro Atlanta with his wife and five children.

David Faust

David Faust

YOURspace Founder & Owner

David started his career in operations in various roles and industries, earning his Master Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma along the way. 

He has over fifteen years of experience as a consultant helping several businesses of different sizes, industries, and functions improve efficiency, quality, and delivery.  David was also general manager of Pretzels, Inc., a multi-million dollar snack food manufacturer. He helped lead the organization to record revenues and profits while maximizing the value of the business for a recent sale by ownership. 

David currently manages a portfolio of manufacturing, distribution and retail companies through Ro12 Enterprises, a private capital group he started in 2015. He has also been involved in several startups, personally founding three of them.  

David is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management.  He and his wife live in Fort Wayne, IN, with their four children.
